Winner of 2012 and 2013 American Express Fine Dining Award, Hacklewood Hill Country House now counts as member of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, The ?rdre Mondial Des Gourmets Dégustateurs as well as a professional member of the Chef Association of South Africa as part of their team. Shaunne Cordier, is the new executive chef of the restaurant Hacklewood Hill Country House.
He joins the team at Hacklewood Hill, having previously worked under some of South Africa’s greatest chefs which include Trevor Boyd, Michael le Borgne and Margo Jansen.

Chef Shaunne is introducing a delectable range of new dishes to Hacklewood’s A La Carte menu. His signature dish is a winter winner… Slow cooked deboned lamb shank, marinated in a strawberry & balsamic reduction, wrapped in phyllo pastry and baked until crisp, served with spring onion mash.
